In this petition, petitioners have sought for the following reliefs:-

“a) A writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ or direction in the nature of writ, directing the respondent No.3 to consider the representations made by the petitioners on 17.02.2021, the copies of which have been produced herewith at Annexure-E and petitioners name enter in the Plot No.51 APMC Yard, Amargol Hubballi in records.

b) Any other writ or direction which this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and

circumstances of the case may kindly be granted in favour of the petitioners along with the cost of this petition in the ends of justice and equity.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and

learned counsel for the respondents. Perused the material on record.

It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representation at Annexure-E dated 17.02.2021 submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of the present petition.

Per contra , learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary orders on the said representation.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, respondents are hereby directed to address the grievance of the petitioners and consider their representation at

Annexure-E dated 17.02.2021 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
