Learned counsel for the Appellant invited our attention to Memo dated 14.09.2023 which reads as

“It is respectfully submitted that this Writ Appeal was preferred challenging the order/ judgment passed by the learned single judge in WRIT PETITION No.3784 of 2021 regarding the change in Medical Coverage to the dependent Parents of the workmen proposed by the Respondent. Subsequently both the Appellant and the management of the Respondent had may bilateral discussions to resolve the matter amicably. After many rounds of discussions, the management of the Respondent had agreed to provide 70% of the medical expenses to the dependent parents. Accordingly the management of the Appellant has also issued a circular in this regard. The copy of the circular dated 06/09/2023 is also produced herewith. Hence, in view of this development, the Appellant prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleaded to permit the Appellant to withdraw the

appeal as mutually settled, in the interest of justice and equity.”
