ORDER
The counsel for the complainant has filed Memo dated 20.09.2023 in the court seeking leave to withdraw the contempt petition as the same has become infructuous in view of settlement arrived at between the parties. The said memo reads as under:
“In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the complainant does not wish to prosecute the above contempt petition and as such seeks leave of this Hon’ble court to withdraw the above contempt petition.
Wherefore, it is prayed that this Hon’ble court be pleased to permit the complainant to withdraw the above contempt petition as not pressed, in the interest of justice and equity. ”
Accordingly at the request of counsel for the complainant, leave for withdrawal is granted and Contempt Petition is disposed off as having been withdrawn.
