JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that the comprehensive area scheme of the entire State of Karnataka were implemented with effect from 07.03.2019. It is further submitted that on the ground of implementation of the aforesaid comprehensive area scheme, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
