This Miscellaneous First Appeal filed U/S 37(1)(a) of the Arbitration and conciliation Act, against the Judgment dated 28.02.2014 passed in I.A.No.11/2011, on the file of the VI Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru dismissing the petition filed U/S 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, to set aside the award dated 10.11.2010 in No. ARB/CTS/103/2010.
This Miscellaneous First Appeal is coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R
Two weeks’ time is granted to comply with the office objections falling which the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to Bench.
NOTE: Vide Court Order dt.07.06.2023 the Office Objections are not complied with. Hence Appeal stands dismissed for non prosecution.
