Though matter called twice, there is no representation on behalf of appellant.
As could be seen from the appeal papers, the appeal is filed in the year 2018. Now we are in the month of May 2023. The appeal is pending since five years. It appears that the appellant is not diligent in prosecuting the appeal.
As already noted above, though matter called twice, there is no representation on behalf of appellant. Hence, the Regular Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
