The counsel for the appellant reported death of the appellant before the Court on 22.07.2021 and sought time to bring the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant on record but till date, the counsel has not taken steps against the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and the counsel submits that he is unable to contact the legal representatives of appellant. Hence, the appeal stands abated.
