ORDER
When the matter is called, there is no representation no behalf of appellant.
Sri.V.P.Kulkarni., learned counsel for respondent has appeared through video conferencing.
As could be seen from the appeal papers, the appeal is filed in the year 2016. Now we are in the month of June 2023. The appeal is pending since seven years.
As already noted above, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of appellant. It appears that the appellant is not diligent in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, the Regular Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
