This review petition is filed under Order 47 Rule 1 read with Section 114 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short ‘CPC’) praying to review the order dated 25.11.2022 in W.P.No.13217/2022.
petitioners, in my considered opinion, the order neither suffers from any jurisdictional infirmity nor any error apparent on the face of the record warranting interference of this Court in exercise of review jurisdiction.
Accordingly, review petition is rejected.
