Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo for withdrawal dated 08.09.2021. The memo reads as
under:
"The appellant submits that, subsequent to filing of the above RFA by the appellant the mater is settled outside the Court by mutual understanding between Appellant (Sister) and Respondent (Brother). In view of the same the appeal will not survive for consideration and it may be closed as settled outside the Court, to meet the ends of justice and equity.
