"The Counsel for Appellant submits that the board of directors of Karnataka Cashew Development Corporation by means of Official Memorandum dated 30.10.2023 has resolved to write off the due of Rs. 91,562 from the Respondent herein. The official Memorandum of the Board as well as the letter of the Appellant informing the present Counsel regarding its decision as aforesaid is annexed herewith. In view of the same, the Counsel for the Appellant seeks the leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the above matter. Therefore this memo may be accepted and the above matter may be disposed as withdrawn in the interest of Justice and Equity."
