JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the appellant submits that inspite of his best efforts, he is unable to get any instructions from his client and hence he is unable to assist the court. Moreover, he is unable to comply with the order of this Court dated 29.3.2021.
It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
