b) That, the Appellant is agreeable and undertakes to pay a total sum of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Only) to the respondent towards the maintenance of the minor children i.e., Rs.3,50,000/(Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) by way of demand draft drawn in thename of the respondent at the time of filing of the mutual petition and the balance amount Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty Thousand of Only) by way of demand draft drawn in the name of the respondent before the Hon'ble Court at the time of passing of final orders of dissolution in the mutual petition. The respondent is agreeable to accept the aforesaid sum of Rs.7,00,000/(Rupees Seven Lakhs Only) as proposed above towards the maintenance of the children. It is well understood and agreed by both the parties that in view of this settlement for maintenance, the final orders for maintenance of the Hon'ble Court shall stand merged and on such payment of agreed amount, the final orders for maintenance becomes in-executable. In this behalf the Appellant shall take all the initiative for filing the mutual petition as agreed and the respondent will extend the co- operation for the same.
