Learned counsel for the revision petitioner has filed a memo of retirement along with postal receipt and postal envelop issued. The postal envelop discloses that the notice is not served on the revision petitioner on the ground that "Addressee Left the place"

In view of non service of retirement notice, question of permitting the counsel for the petitioner to retire from the petition, does not arise at all.

This revision petition is filed against order of the Presiding Officer, F.T.C. XV in Criminal Appeal No. 658/2015. The provisions of Domestic Violence Act,2005 have been incorporated. The revision petitioner has not shown any interest in prosecuting the matter, though he suffered order of maintenance which is challenged. No grounds are forthcoming for interference as the revision petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
