JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the
appeal has become infructous and he intend to withdraw the
same. He files memo.
The memo reads as under:
"I, the undersigned advocate for the appellant in the above appeal submits that the above Criminal appeal has become infructuous since the appellant has already been arrested by the respondent-police and subsequently the appellant is released on bail by the trial court and consequently the appellant is interested to prosecute the above appeal and hence the above appeal may kindly be dismissed as not pressed in the interests of justice.
In view of the said memo and supporting submission,
the appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
