Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for sometime submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court.
3. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in
the event petitioner surrenders before the trial Court and files necessary application seeking regular bail, the same shall be considered by the trial Court on its merits and dispose off expeditiously.
