THIS CRIMINAL PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioners file a memo seeking permission to withdraw the petition as it has become infructuous.

“The Counsel for the Petitioner most respectfully submits as under:
1. The Petitioners had been arrayed as the accused in an FIR filed in crime no. 78/2019 filed by the Indiranagar P.S. for offences punishable under Section 285 IPC and Section 25 of the Karnataka Fire force Act.
2. Subsequently, they approached this Hon'ble Court and were granted a stay on further investigation by Justice P.S. Dinesh Kumar in C.C. No. 56209/19.
3. Despite the order of stay passed by the Hon'ble High Court, the Respondent police went ahead with the filing of the chargesheet dated 20.5.2019.
4. Aggrieved by this, the Petitioners are filing a fresh criminal petition (482) challenging the entire investigation and chargesheet, thereby rendering this petition infructuous.
WHREFORE, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the counsel to withdraw this petition in the interests of justice and equity.”(sic)
