ORDER
Sri. M.R.Nanjunda Gowda, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. The memo reads as under:
"The petitioner above named prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to dismiss as not pressed at present with a liberty to approach this Hon'ble Court after the evidence of victim in the interest of justice."
