ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. The memo reads as under:
"The petitioner above named most humbly submit that the Hon'ble Court kindly permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition as not pressed and liberty may be given to the petitioner to approach this Hon'ble court after the examination of eyewitness by allowing this memo in the interest of justice."
In view of the memo filed, the Criminal Petition is
dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
