Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo

seeking withdrawal of the petition. The memo reads as under:

"The petitioners humbly submit that the Police have Completed the investigation and filed the Charge Sheet against them before the Committal Court. The above Petition was filed before this Hon'ble court when the case was still under investigation. Since the Police have now filed Charge Sheet, the Petitioners intend to go before the Sessions Court and seek regular bail due to the change in circumstances.

Accordingly, the petitioners in the above case humbly pray this Hon'ble Court be pleased to Permit them to withdraw the above Petition as "not pressed" with liberty to renew their application for bail before the Sessions court afresh in the ends of Justice.”
