The short grievance of the petitioners is as to nonconsideration of their representations dated 04.06.2018 & 30.08.2018 wherein, a request for allotment of house is made.

The learned HCGP on request appears for respondent No.1; Sri. M.P. Srikanth, learned panel counsel appears for respondent Nos.2 & 3; both they oppose the writ petition contending that unless the right is established, a Writ

of Mandamus cannot be sought for. Having so submitted, learned Panel Counsel fairly agrees with the suggestion of this Court that the subject representations of the petitioners

considered by Respondent No.2, in accordance with law and in a time bound way (if already not considered).

In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed off, directing Respondent No.2 to consider the subject representations within a period of three months; all contentions having been kept open.
