THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLE 226 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS IN PARTICULAR TO THE R-5 TO COMPLETE THE ENQUIRY AGAINST THE PETITIONER AS PER THE ORDERS OF THIS HONBLE COURT PASSED IN WP NO.45455/2013 (GM-R/C) DTD 03.04.2019 VIDE ANNX-C AND THE NOTICE DTD 29.01.2020 VIDE ANNX-H IN A TIME BOUND MANNER AND FURTHER DIRECT THE R-5 TO RELEASE THE TASDIK ALLOWANCE IN RESPECT OF THE TEMPLES WHERE THE PETITIONER IS PERFORMING THE POOJAS BY ALLOWING THIS PETITION.

ORDER
The short grievance of the petitioner is as to the long pendency of the subject enquiry proceedings. Petitioner also grieves that even the admitted arrears of tastik has not been released and that there is absolutely no justification for withholding it.

parties and having perused the petition papers, this Court directs the fifth respondent to accomplish the subject enquiry proceedings within an outer limit of three months. This apart, the fifth respondent shall immediately take a decision as to the claim of petitioner for the payment of admitted Tastik Allowance.
All contentions are kept open.
Now, no costs.
