respondent, in furtherance of which a Work Order came to be issued on 27.09.2019. The petitioner contend that the petitioner has complied with the conditions in the sanction plan, as also in the Work Order and he is therefore, entitled for issuance of final approved layout plan.

ORDER
ii) Mandamus is issued. Respondents are directed to consider the letter dated 29.05.2021 Annexure-L within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and issue the final approved layout plan if all the requirements are fulfilled.
iii) Respondent to act on a print out of the uploaded copy of this order on the website of this Court, if so furnished by the petitioner, without waiting for certified copy thereof.
