This writ petition was filed on 18.12.2019.
Matter was listed before the Court on 23.6.2021. Two weeks time was granted for compliance of office objections. Matter was listed on 11.01.2022. Three weeks time granted to comply with the office objections, failing which it was ordered that the petition shall be listed for dismissal on 2.2.2022. On that day, considering the situation prevailing, finally one week time was granted for compliance of office objections and ordered to list on 11.2.2022.
