participated in the elections, I am of the view that there is no impediment for the respondent-Authorities to announce the results. Hence, respondent-Authorities are directed to announce the results. However, if the parties are being aggrieved by the results that may be announced by the respondent-Authorities including the election process, remedy is available for the parties to challenge the same by way of filing dispute before the competent authority. With these observations writ petition stands disposed of.
