In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for the

an order restraining the respondents from damaging or taking up the proposed demolition work of the residential building of the petitioner by the respondent-authorities in

the guise of widening /formation of National Highway No. 234.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits

that petitioner be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to agitate the grounds in the present writ petition, in the event, respondent-authorities cause damage or demolish the residential building belonging to the petitioner.
