The petitioner having purchased the site bearing No.195 in Sy.Nos.166, 215/2, 236 and 167/2 situated at Indlabele village, Attibele Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru District through a registered sale deed dated 14.03.2014 submitted an application with the respondent to register the Katha in favour of the petitioner in respect of the site in question. Petitioners grievance is that the said representation has not been considered even to this day.
