In this petition, petitioner has sought for the following

reliefs:

a) Direct the respondent No.1 to get the theory papers of the petitioner, revalue by the 3^rd examiner;

b) Grant such other relief as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record.

In addition to reiterating the various contentions urged in the memorandum of petition and referring to the material on record, learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance upon the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in Ms. Shifa BathIool Vs. Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science and others – W.P.No.11101/2020 (D.D.04.11.2020) and submits that the present petition may be disposed of in the above terms.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record.

In view of the aforesaid facts and

circumstances, petition is hereby disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of two weeks from today.

If such a representation along with documents, if any, is submitted by the petitioner to the respondent No.1, the respondent No.1 shall address the grievance of the petitioner and consider and pass appropriate orders / take appropriate decision on the said representation in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of submission of the said representation.
