In this petition, the petitioner seeks a

direction to the concerned respondents to consider petitioner’s representation at Annexure-P dated 01.10.2016 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned HCGP for respondent No.1 and perused the material on record.

The material on record discloses that it is an undisputed fact that respondent Nos.2 and 3 to whom the petitioner has submitted a representation

vide Annexure-P dated 01.10.2016, have not taken any decision nor passed any order. Under these circumstances, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate decision on the representation of petitioner at Annexure-P dated 01.10.2016, in accordance with law, as

expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit one more representation along with documents to the concerned respondent, who shall consider the same, in accordance with law.
