The essential grievance of the Petitioners is as to

non-implementation of the Phodi Work although a Coordinate Bench of this Court tin W.P.no.52110-

52112/2017 between SMT. MUNIYAMMA & OTHERS and STATE OF KARNATAKA & OTHERS, disposed off on 12.12.2017 prescribed a period of six months for accomplishing the Phodi & Durasth work.

Learned AGA appearing for the official Respondents submits that in view of the interim order of stay, the order in the aforesaid case, could not be implemented and if it is vacated, there would be no difficulty for accomplishing the task on a warfooting in accordance with law and the cooperation of the petitioner. For this, both the sides are agreeable.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed off and the task shall be accomplished within a period of three months. All contentions are kept open.
