THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO QUASH THE ENDORSEMENT DATED 15.10.2018 ISSUED BY THE R-6 VIDE ANNX-N AND ETC.,

The grievance of the Petitioner was as to non-

furnishment of the copies of certain survey Records and

¶24

therefore, they have laid a challenge to the Endorsement

¶25

which stated that the records were not available.

2. Learned HCGP having secured the Records has

graciously made available copies of the Records and

¶28

¶29

handed the same to learned counsel for the Petitioner. In

¶30

view of that the petition has become infructuous.

¶31

However, liberty is reserved to the Petitioner to

¶32

seek any other left over Records as well.

¶33
