ORDER
The short grievance of the petitioner is against the
refusal of the official respondents to update the revenue records in terms of sale deed dated 2.8.1976.
oppose the petition contending that the subject sale deed or
its copy was not produced before the authorities and therefore, entries cannot be effected on oral submission alone. There is force in this submission.
In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed off; however, if a sale deed or a certified copy thereof is produced, the authorities shall take a decision thereon without brooking any delay and in accordance with law, all contentions are kept open in that regard.
Costs made easy.
