The petitioner has sought for following relief:

a. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ direction, order or declaration, directing

the Hon’ble Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory A8thority at Bangalore take-up and conclude the proceedings in CMP/211031/008510 and pass an appropriate order in an expeditious and timebound manner as mandated under Section 71 of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

The short question involved in this writ petition is with regard to issuing direction to the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Bangalore to consider the proceedings in CMP No.211031/0008510 at the earliest. Having considered the grounds urged in the memorandum of writ petition, the Reeal Estate Regulatory Authority is directed to expedite the hearing in the proceedings in CMP No.211031/0008510 and complete the entire proceedings within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
