Since it is the contention of the petitioners that their

application filed on 16.09.2013 seeking conversion of the land in question is not considered and therefore, a direction may be issued to the respondent-Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Urban District to consider the application, this Court is of the considered opinion that such an application filed way back in the year 2013 cannot be considered at this stage.

However, it is for the petitioners to file an application Online along with required documents and fees. As and when such application is filed Online, the second respondent-Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore

Urban District shall consider the same and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a period of two

month from the date of application.
