ORDER
The short grievance of the petitioner is as to nonconsideration of its representation dated 20.12.2021, a copy whereof is at Annexure-G wherein they have sought for the grant of permission to commence classes for 9th & 10th std in the petitioner's school for the academic year 2021-2022 onwards.
for the respondents opposes the writ petition contending that this petition is premature and that a reasonable time needs to be granted to the officials to take a call on the representation; having so contended, now he fairly submits that he would instruct his client to look into the grievance of petitioner as aired in the subject representation, in accordance with law and in a time bound way.
In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed off directing respondent No.1 to consider the subject

representation in accordance with law, forthwith and inform the result of such consideration to the petitioner without brooking any delay. All contentions are kept open.
Costs made easy.
