Learned counsel appearing for the respondent –
husband submits that the proceedings from which the impugned order arose having already been disposed off, the prayer sought in the petition has rendered infructuous writ and be disposed off accordingly. This appears to be correct position.
In the above circumstances, petition is disposed off accordingly reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure of the proceedings in accordance with law.
