that she is a B.COM graduate. Admittedly, the petitioner herein is a Medical Transcriptionist and better qualified than respondent No.1 herein. Though, both of them pleaded that they have been unemployed, the trial Court based on the pleadings, has come to the conclusion that they have so pleaded only in the light of matter of matrimonial dispute pending amongst them and both are capable of earning.
