ORDER
Counsel for the appellant is absent today. On 22.2.2022, an order was passed giving one week time finally to comply with the office objections. Appellant’s counsel prays for time today also. The order dated 22.2.2022 is clear that finally one week time was granted to remove the office objections or otherwise the appeal would be listed for dismissal. So far office objections have not
been complied with. There is no justification in seeking adjournment. Therefore appeal is
dismissed.
