Learned counsel for the petitioner made available a copy of the order dated 07.08.2015 in M.C.No.87/2014, on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at Hospet, wherein the parties have filed application under Section 13(B) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Accordingly, the Trial Court after considering the applications filed by the parties, allowed the same and granted the relief as prayed for.
