Today the matter is listed for non-compliance of office objections for 5th time.
On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that this Court provided several opportunities to the petitioners to comply the office objections. However, the order sheet dated 30.03.2021 discloses the none appearance of the counsel for the petitioners.
Considering the none appearance of the counsel for the petitioners, it appears that the petitioners are not interested to proceed with the case. Therefore, the Criminal Revision Petition deserves to be dismissed for non-compliance of office objections and also for nonprosecution.
