Today the matter is listed for non-compliance of office objections for 5th time.
On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that this Court provided several opportunities to the petitioner to comply the office objections. However, the order sheet discloses the none appearance of the counsel for the petitioner.
Considering the none appearance of the counsel for the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the case. Therefore, the Criminal Revision Petition deserves to be dismissed for non-compliance of office objections and also for nonprosecution.
