This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., praying to enlarge the accused on bail in Crime No.334/2020 registered by the Peenya Police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 363, 366(A), 427, 448 of Indian Penal Codce, Section 4, 5(L)(M), 6 of POCSO Act 2012, Section 9, 10, 11 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act 2006 pending on the file of Hon’ble LIV Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge at Bengaluru CCH55 in Spl.C.No.503/2021.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders through video conference in Kalaburagi Bench this day, the Court passed the following:
O R D E R
The petition was filed on 09.12.2021. Till today, learned counsel for the petitioner has not chosen to address his arguments. On 18.02.2022 and 01.04.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for time. On 25.05.2022 there was no representation. Still the matter was adjourned only to afford final opportunity.
Today also there is no representation. I do not find any reason to adjourn the matter. Hence, petition is dismissed.
