J U D G M E N T
As per order dated 13.01.2021 in
Crl.A.No.298/2011, learned counsel representing respondent has produced the death certificate of accused No.1, according to which accused No.1 has died on 10.05.2011.
In view of the same, appeal as against accused No.1 abates and accordingly disposed of. However, the matter would be proceeded so far as accused No.2 is concerned.
Office is directed to de-link this appeal from Crl.A.No.298/2011.
