This appeal is filed by accused under Section 14A(1) of SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seeking bail. However, learned HCGP submits that already accused is released on bail on 30.10.2021 and produced daily status report in respect of Spl.C(pcsoa).No.63/2021 (Cr.No.50/2021 of Aladur P.S), Chikkamagalur Taluk pending on the file of Addl.District and Sessions Judge - FTSC-I. According to the daily status report, on 30.10.2021 appellant/accused is released on bail.
