C.C.No.1405/2013. The crime was registered in the year 2012 in Crime No.215/2012 and the police have filed a charge sheet, which is now pending as C.C.No.1405/2013 for offences punishable under Sections 279, 304A of the IPC read with Section 187 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed.
