This petition is filed on 09.02.2021 and the learned counsel for the petitioner is not pursuing the matter. This Court vide order dated 25.09.2021 made an observation that even though the case is called twice, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not choose to appear before the Court. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
