This petition is filed on 05.02.2021 and the learned counsel for the petitioner is not pursuing the matter. This Court vide order dated 01.12.2021 observed that the matter is pending from last ten months and the learned counsel for the petitioner has not chosen to appear and argue the matter. However, finally one more chance was given. Inspite of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not pursuing the petition and hence the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
