THIS APPEAL COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER
Appellant has filed I.A.No.1/2022 seeking dismissal
of the appeal as withdrawn. Along with the said application, an affidavit is also filed by the appellant stating that out of the Court, the appellant and respondents have settled the dispute. Hence, the appellant seeks dismissal of the appeal as withdrawn. The proceedings of the meeting of the Board of Directors has been enclosed to the said effect.
Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, I.A.No.1/2022 is allowed. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
