ORDER
In pursuance of order of this Court dated 02.12.2022, the learned High Court Government made available copy of the death certificate of Ramesh S/o. Fakkeerappa Jadar who is petitioner herein in this case and accused in C.C. No.151/2009 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Ranebennur. Since the petitioner/ accused is reported as dead, the revision petition does not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, the criminal revision petition dismissed against the petitioner/ accused as abated. Ordered accordingly.
