Learned counsel for appellant has filed a memo reporting the death of former partner of appellant company. Consequently, he has filed I.A.No.1/2020 to permit the appellant to bring on record the present partner of reconstituted firm.

Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed
in support of application I.A.No.1/2020 is allowed.
The appellant is permitted to bring on record the present partner. Counsel to carry out necessary amendment accordingly.
